An Act: The removal of marine engines from E.P.A. Emission Standards.

Proposal:

The E.P.A. regulations regarding emissions from marine engines and technologies are hereby repealed.   The E.P.A. shall refocus away from emission standards to allow the manufacturers to use all technologies available, to ensure their products are making the maximum potential output for a given horsepower rating, while using the lightest, most powerful technologies available in each given horsepower offering.  There shall be delisting of the unusable emissions output listing of the two stroke carbureted engines under 90 hp, to restore lost market on small craft, subject to level flotation standards by the United States Coast Guard.
