Civil Service Reform Act of 2020

It’s time to level the playing field. We have forgotten that Washington DC and those who work in local, state and federal governments are public servants and work for We The People! It is time we hold them accountable to their jobs and that they are evaluated and compensated fairly and on par with the free market. Additionally the government employee needs to be discharged from their duties if they are not meeting their stated objectives as defined by their job description, responsibilities and or quarterly/yearly goals.

    This is the start of an incredible Act, and it’s going to require a whole lot of work. I consider what you have so far to be the Preamble. The guts of the bill will be the actual reforms. Give me some time to look up the Civil Service Laws as they stand and let’s amend, add, and delete, all the sections of law necessary to truly reform the Civil Service System so it serves We the People, and not They the Government.
