Technical Standards and Enforcement:  The Act establishes a commission or agency responsible for developing technical standards for identifying and verifying AI-generated content.

This agency will also create enforcement mechanisms to address non-compliance with disclosure requirements, including potential fines or penalties.

Exemptions and Exceptions:  The Act may include exemptions for specific contexts where AI disclosure could be deemed unnecessary or impractical, such as creative writing exercises or private research projects.
