Constitutional Amendments:

The Supreme Law of the Land, delegated from the States, over the Federal Government, to which it must absolutely comply, is the Constitution. All the other powers of government are reserved to the States or to the People.

Because the federal government forgets this, the Constitution has to be put again as the preeminent document to which all federal entities, laws, regulations and policies must follow exactly. The Constitution can not be “interpreted,” read changed, by the Judiciary, nor legislated against by the Congress, nor violated by regulation or policy by any part of the Executive.

Because the Constitution is not perfect, and needs to be amended from time to time to secure it’s place as the foundation and limit of the federal government, this section is dedicated to the most important of bills, those to amend the Constitution, and by extention the enumerated individual rights.
