If children are educated well, taught to enhance their creativity, take initiative, question everything, brave new thoughts and new ways of thinking, compete, cooperate, excel in sports, or art, or academics, or create clubs from chess to debate to whatever, perform music or theater, dance, and most important to value themselves as individuals, as special, as unique in the universe, they will then go forth and be brilliant!
