The greatest evil on Earth are the people whose sole purpose and goal in life is to control other people. They usually end up in government because that’s where the power is. This means we are basically run by a band of megalomaniacal psychopaths known as bureaucrats.
It is for those bureaucrats and the special interests, groups, NGO’s, and people who make their power increase across society that our Founders based our federal government and state governments, on constitutions, whose sole purpose is to limit, define, and specifically delegate all the powers they will ever have.
Because those constitutions are under constant assault, are ignored or “worked around,” are violated by Congress, the Supreme Court, and Presidents, and because it is our sworn duty as citizens to force our governments back into compliance with our constitutions, that this section of laws exists.
